Open up this mix of romaine lettuce, red and green cabbage, broccoli, carrot, plant-based butter crouton crumbles, crisp lentils, and plant-based green goddess dressing. It’s plant-based, ready in a matter of minutes, and simply delish.
Wondering how to serve it? We give you full permission to make a package and just eat it yourself for lunch, but if you’re looking to share, this would pair well with sauteed white fish, white bean chili and crusty bread, or juicy hamburgers that need a healthy side dish to balance out the meal.
