Thanksgiving Leftover Everything Rolls

Turkey leftovers—it’s one of the best parts of Thanksgiving. But sometimes it feels like you just can’t get rid of it! Luckily, with a little creativity, you can repurpose that extra turkey into a fresh dish that you’ll gobble up in no time. Start with our Everything Chopped Salad Kit: green leaf lettuce, shredded broccoli, red and savoy cabbage, carrots, green onion, mini bagel toasts, and, of course, Everything bagel seasoning. This savory blend gives your leftover turkey a garlicky, onion-y crunch. Now take a buttery, toasted brioche roll, layer in cranberry sauce, and top it with the creamy salad and shredded turkey for a one-of-a-kind sandwich. It might just convince you to host again next year.

Why Is Everyone Talking About Everything Seasoning?

The invention of Everything seasoning is a heated debate, but there’s one thing we know for sure: it started with bagels. Whoever the genius was who first combined these seasonings on a bagel, the world is grateful. First emerging in the ‘70s, the Everything bagel has long been a favorite at any bakery or deli worth its salt.

The crunchy combo of sesame and poppy seeds, dried minced onion, dried garlic, and salt has spread to other baked goods, pastas, nuts, and more. With packaged Everything seasoning, home cooks have been known to add it to eggs, avocado toast, roasted vegetables, meat coatings, and just about everything else. Aside from being delicious, Everything seasoning also adds a sprinkling of fiber and antioxidants to your meal.
