Begin by boiling your eggs. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Once
water is boiling, gently lower in the eggs & cook them for exactly 6 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, get an ice bath ready. Fill a large bowl with ice &
water & set aside until eggs are ready.
After 6 minutes have passed, carefully remove the eggs from the boiling water &
place them in the bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs in the ice water for a few
minutes to cool, then carefully peel.
Divide the salad between two bowls & top with bacon, tomatoes & avocado.
