Everything Bagel Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1┬áTaylor Farms Everything Chopped Kit, assembled, reserving some bagel toasts for serving
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 4 Bacon strips, cooked to your desired crispiness
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Directions

  1. Begin by boiling your eggs. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Once
    water is boiling, gently lower in the eggs & cook them for exactly 6 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, get an ice bath ready. Fill a large bowl with ice &
    water & set aside until eggs are ready.
  3. After 6 minutes have passed, carefully remove the eggs from the boiling water &
    place them in the bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs in the ice water for a few
    minutes to cool, then carefully peel.
  4. Divide the salad between two bowls & top with bacon, tomatoes & avocado.
  5. Slice the eggs & place half on each bowl.
  6. Garnish with remaining bagel toasts & serve!
