Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Strawberry Crisp Chopped Salad Kit
- 1 cup cooked pearl barley, cooled
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Cook pearl barley according to package directions. Drain and let cool completely.
- Slice the strawberries.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped greens, toppings, and dressing from the Strawberry Crisp Chopped Kit.
- Fold in the cooled barley and sliced fresh strawberries. Toss until everything is evenly coated in the strawberry white balsamic vinaigrette.
