Maple Bourbon Burrata & Grilled Peach Salad

How do you complement the already great combinations of smoky bourbon and salty bacon mixed into savory leafy greens and maple-infused vinaigrette? Answer: Summery sweet ripe peaches, of course! Made even sweeter and softer when put on the grill (or griddle). Yup, these peachy greens are coming in hot. And if it sounds like too much fantastic flavor to handle, we’re cooling it down with creamy burrata—for a fully balanced yet totally decadent salad.

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss peach quarters with olive oil.
  3. Grill peaches for 3–4 minutes per side, until charred and softened. Let cool slightly.
  4. Add salad greens, toppings, and included dressing to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  5. Top with grilled peaches and torn burrata.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or a pinch of flaky sea salt, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
