Cinnamon Roasted Cauliflower Bites


  • 1 (12-ounce bag) Cauliflower Florets, halved if large
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place Cauliflower Florets onto the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and spices, toss to combine.
  3. Arrange in a single layer and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and caramelized.
  4. Remove from the oven to cool.
