Greens x Buffalo: It’s Game Time

When you’re looking for some greener gameday options, here are even more recipes so you can switch it up every Sunday.

Buffalo wings are basically the official snack food of football—so let’s start with all things Buffalo.

  1. Go for the gold(en cauliflower). If you’re going meatless, you have vegetarian guests,  or you just want to eat more vegetables, try making Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. They’re easy to whip up with our pre-cut, pre-washed Cauliflower Florets
  2. Made too many “wings”? Use that cauliflower in some kale wraps. (Wraps are easy to eat with one hand while making fists at the TV, and these have even more leafy greens.)
  3. Salad scrimmage: we love our Buffalo Chicken Dill Pickle Salad, which will have you thinking of stadium hot dog relish, too.
  4. Interference! Grab a Taylor Farms veggies and dip tray, and serve it with buffalo bleu cheese in addition to the enclosed ranch dressing
