Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Caesar Chopped Kit
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast or thighs
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons grated fresh garlic (about 2 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced and lightly toasted, for serving
Directions
- On a large cutting board, spread out the ingredients from the Caesar Chopped Kit (omit the dressing and croutons) along with the cooked chicken. Chop everything together into small, dip-friendly pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing (from the kit), Greek yogurt, water, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a little black pepper.
- Transfer the chopped salad–chicken mix to a large bowl. Fold in the creamy base until evenly combined and scoopable.
- Crush the reserved croutons and sprinkle over the top. Garnish with extra chives.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.

This Chicken Caesar Dip recipe is a great alternative to dipping something straight into Caesar dressing: made with lettuce and Greek yogurt, it keeps it all a little lighter. (Not to mention a little more haute cuisine, thanks to the baguettes in place of chips.)
