- 1 Fresh Mango
- ½ lb fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
Directions
- Sautee the shrimp with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut the mango, cucumber, and avocado.
- Assemble the chopped kit, and top with shrimp, mango, cucumber, and avocado.
