Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef following the directions on the taco seasoning.
  2. Cut 4-inch circles out of two of the large tortillas and set them aside. Dice the tomatoes and toss the Salsa Ranch Salad kit together.
  3. Place ¼ cup ground beef onto the center of one of the large tortillas. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of queso directly onto the ground beef. Add the tostada on top, then cover with the Salsa Ranch salad. Sprinkle a tablespoon of diced tomatoes on top, then cover with one of the pre-cut 4-inch tortillas.
  4. Fold the outer edges of the large tortilla into the center of the crunch wrap all the way around until it’s enclosed.
  5. In a medium saucepan, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and place over medium/high heat. Fry each crunch wrap, folded side down for at least 4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until the flat side browns. Serve immediately.
