Salsa Ranch Crunch Wrap

Tonight it’s time to transform the Taylor Farms Salsa Ranch Chopped Salad Kit into a hearty latin-inspired meal with this recipe for Salsa Ranch Crunch Wraps. All it takes is a little ground beef, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and cheese to come together to make a hearty, portable, handheld delicacy that will remind your family of their favorite taco joint, only much better, healthier, and tastier. So skip the fast food, and instead make good food fast with Salsa Ranch Crunch Wraps.

  1. Cook ground beef following the directions on the taco seasoning.
  2. Cut 4-inch circles out of two of the large tortillas and set them aside. Dice the tomatoes and toss the Salsa Ranch Salad kit together.
  3. Place ¼ cup ground beef onto the center of one of the large tortillas. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of queso directly onto the ground beef. Add the tostada on top, then cover with the Salsa Ranch salad. Sprinkle a tablespoon of diced tomatoes on top, then cover with one of the pre-cut 4-inch tortillas.
  4. Fold the outer edges of the large tortilla into the center of the crunch wrap all the way around until it’s enclosed.
  5. In a medium saucepan, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and place over medium/high heat. Fry each crunch wrap, folded side down for at least 4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until the flat side browns. Serve immediately.
