Ingredients
- 1 Salsa Ranch Chopped Kit
- 8 – 10-inch tortillas
- 6 tostadas
- 1 tomato
- 1 lb ground beef
- Packet of taco seasoning
- Jar of preferred queso
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Cook ground beef to seasoning directions. Cut 4-inch circles out of two tortillas. Dice tomatoes. Toss the Salsa Ranch Salad kit together.
- Place ¼ cup ground beef onto the center of a tortilla. Drizzle on about 2 tablespoons of queso directly onto the ground beef. Add the tostada on top then cover with the Salsa Ranch salad. Sprinkle a tablespoon of diced tomatoes then cover with the pre-cut 4-inch tortillas.
- Fold in the outer edges of the tortilla into the center of the crunch wrap all the way around until it’s enclosed.
- In a medium saucepan, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and place over medium/high heat. Fry the crunch wrap, folded side down for at least 4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until the flat side browns. Serve immediately.
