In large mixing bowl add the Everything Chopped Kit. Then toss with the dressing.( unless doing what I mentioned above). Then set aside
In skillet add 1/4 tbsp of olive oil then heat the side of the naan bread. Then baste with a basting brush the side that is facing up with the other 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. Once the first side is browned, you will then flip and get that side you just basted nice and crispy. While that side is cooking. Sprinkle cheese on top of the naan bread. Sprinkle EBB on top of the cheese. Wait for it to melt then transfer to cutting board.
Cut the pizza and put the Everything Chopped Salad on top and ENJOY!

** my advice is to portion out the greens ahead of time. Then pour dressing only over the one you are going to use for the next day. Then save the rest of the dressing and do the same thing for the other tostadas, the day before you take that lunch.
