In a large bowl, toss the salad kit greens with the everything seasoned ranch dressing, reserving about a tablespoon. Set aside.
Brush the thawed shrimp with melted butter and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until thoroughly heated through. Remove from heat and dip into reserved ranch dressing, arranging on top of the salad greens.
Add mini bagel toasts and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Enjoy!
