Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Everything Chopped Kit
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 Bacon strips, cooked to your desired crispiness
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
Directions
- Assemble the Salad Kit. Reserve some bagel toasts for serving.
- Begin by boiling your eggs: Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Once water is boiling, gently lower in the eggs & cook them for exactly 6 minutes.
- Get an ice bath ready: While the eggs are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice & water & set aside until eggs are ready.
- Peel the eggs: After 6 minutes have passed, carefully remove the eggs from the boiling water & place them in the bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs in the ice water for a few minutes to cool, then carefully peel.
- Serve. Divide the salad between two bowls, and top with bacon, tomatoes & avocado. Slice the eggs & place half on each bowl. Garnish with remaining bagel toasts & serve!
What is in Everything Bagel seasoning?
Ever since the Everything Bagel hit the scene, we can’t get enough of that all-encompassing flavor. It’s just got all the best savory flavors! Salty, Nutty, Garlicky, Oniony. All the things we love about a really solid bagel order—especially if you double-whammy all those flavors with salty lox, sliced onion, and a garlicky scallion cream cheese. (Chow down! But maybe pack some mints.)
So what’s in it? A mix of sea salt, garlic and onion flakes, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds.
Beyond bagels—and salads, of course!—Everything seasoning is good on (well, duh) everything. It’s a delightful flavoring on chicken, popcorn, mac & cheese, baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, kale chips, and more.
