Everything Bagel Breakfast Bowl

The Everything Chopped Kit is already, well, everything. Minus the big carby, bagel. It’s a plethora of greens, garnished with mini bagel toasts. And instead of the cream cheese, you get to drizzle on our creamy Everything-flavored ranch dressing.

So when you’re prioritizing veggies and skipping the breakfast bagel, try adding eggs, bacon, avocado, and tomatoes to this salad to make a healthy, filling breakfast bowl. Sprinkle with the kit’s Everything Bagel seasoning and drizzle with dressing, and you won’t be missing a thing. Dig in and enjoy!

Directions

  1. Assemble the Salad Kit. Reserve some bagel toasts for serving.
  2. Begin by boiling your eggs: Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Once water is boiling, gently lower in the eggs & cook them for exactly 6 minutes.
  3. Get an ice bath ready: While the eggs are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice & water & set aside until eggs are ready.
  4. Peel the eggs: After 6 minutes have passed, carefully remove the eggs from the boiling water & place them in the bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs in the ice water for a few minutes to cool, then carefully peel.
  5. Serve. Divide the salad between two bowls, and top with bacon, tomatoes & avocado. Slice the eggs & place half on each bowl. Garnish with remaining bagel toasts & serve!

What is in Everything Bagel seasoning?

Ever since the Everything Bagel hit the scene, we can’t get enough of that all-encompassing flavor. It’s just got all the best savory flavors! Salty, Nutty, Garlicky, Oniony. All the things we love about a really solid bagel order—especially if you double-whammy all those flavors with salty lox, sliced onion, and a garlicky scallion cream cheese. (Chow down! But maybe pack some mints.)

So what’s in it? A mix of sea salt, garlic and onion flakes, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds.

Beyond bagels—and salads, of course!—Everything seasoning is good on (well, duh) everything. It’s a delightful flavoring on chicken, popcorn, mac & cheese, baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, kale chips, and more.
