Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Protein Caesar Chopped Salad Kit
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Turkey pepperonis (enough to lightly cover the cheese layer)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat (important: cheese will stick to metal or glass).
- Sprinkle mozzarella into a thin, even rectangle or circle on the parchment. Layer turkey pepperonis evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and lightly golden at the edges. Remove from oven and let cool 2–3 minutes, just until pliable but not stiff.
- Toss greens from the Protein Caesar Kit with the included dressing and toppings. Spoon the dressed Caesar mixture onto the center of the warm cheese wrap.
- Gently fold or fold like a wrap. Eat immediately while warm and crisp!
