- Total TIME:
- 25 minutes
- SERVINGS:
- 3
Ingredients
- 1 Taylor Farms Avocado Ranch Chopped Salad kit
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo seasoning or other all-purpose seasoning blend
- ¾ cup sliced grape tomatoes
- ¾ cup crumbled sesame crackers
- Dollop of guacamole, optional
Directions
- Season a large chicken breast with seasoning, flipping to coat it on both sides. Grill or pan-fry with a bit of olive oil until no longer pink, about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- At the same time, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices to the skillet and cook until they are crispy and browned, flipping occasionally. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
- While the bacon and chicken are cooking, prepare the Avocado Ranch salad kit, reserving the dressing on the side.
- Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Let it cool slightly, then chop or crumble it into small bits.
- Slice the chicken breast into slices and cut the grape tomatoes. Crumble the sesame crackers.
- Fill bowls or large plates with the Avocado Ranch salad, and top each one with bacon crumbles, grape tomatoes, sliced chicken, and sesame crackers. Add a dollop of guacamole if desired.
