Stir in the spicy red miso sauce and cook briefly until everything is evenly coated and heated through. That’s it! The whole dish comes together in about 10 minutes, so it’s versatile enough for any time of the day—even a rushed lunch or dinner.

Microwave Instructions: Empty the vegetable and sauce components into a microwave safe container and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let the mixture sit for 2-4 minutes. Carefully, remove the plastic wrap and mix the components together.

Air Fry Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 355 degF and line the basket with parchment paper. Toss the vegetable blend with 1TBSP of neutral oil and add to the lined basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from basket and toss in the provided sauce.

Roast Instructor: Preheat oven to 450 degF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the vegetable blend with 1TBSP of neutral oil and add to the lined baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Remove from sheet and toss in the provided sauce.
