Microwave Instructions: Empty the vegetable and sauce components into a microwave safe container and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let the mixture sit for 2-4 minutes. Carefully, remove the plastic wrap and mix the components together.
Air Fry Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 355 degF and line the basket with parchment paper. Toss the vegetable blend with 1TBSP of neutral oil and add to the lined basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from basket and toss in the provided sauce.
Roast Instructor: Preheat oven to 450 degF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the vegetable blend with 1TBSP of neutral oil and add to the lined baking sheet. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Remove from sheet and toss in the provided sauce.
