Broccoli Caesar Roast Kit
The rich, savory flavors of Caesar dressing are a delicious companion to fresh salads full of leafy greens, but we think it’s time to consider its other culinary talents as well. Our Broccoli Caesar Roast Kit combines the familiar flavors of Caesar over freshly roasted broccoli florets and topped with crunchy toasted breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
And it requires a minimal amount of effort on your part—no washing or cutting required! Simply toss the broccoli in a portion of the Caesar Sauce (keep a little to drizzle on the top later – yum!) and roast in the oven. Then top with the toasted breadcrumbs and shredded parmesan and add the remaining sauce. Roast for a few more minutes until the cheese becomes golden brown and crispy. You’ll be ready to enjoy a comforting side dish with the perfect amount of crunch and the familiar zest of Caesar.
The Roast Broccoli Caesar Kit is an excellent source of Vitamins C and K and can be prepared in under 25 minutes—most of which is spent simply waiting for it to cook in the oven, so look at it as bonus free time. Serve it alongside dishes like grilled or roasted chicken, pan-seared salmon or tilapia, steaks, pastas, and grain-based dishes like risotto, pilaf, or couscous.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- While the oven is heating, in a large mixing bowl, toss broccoli florets with 1 TBSP of oil and 3/4 pouch of Caesar sauce. Coat evenly and add to lined baking sheet.
- Oven roast for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is lightly toasted.
- Sprinkle on parmesan shreds and breadcrumbs, returning to oven for 2-4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle remaining Caesar sauce. Serve as desired with any entrée!
ALTERNATE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS TO AIR FRY:
- In a large mixing bowl, toss broccoli florets with 1 TBSP of oil and 3/4 of Caesar sauce. Coat evenly and transfer to air fryer, and set to 375°F for 6 minutes. Shake halfway through.
- Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle on the remaining Caesar sauce.
