Dill Chicken Salad Pitas

  • 1 bagĀ Taylor FarmsĀ Dill Pickle Chopped Kit
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked & chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup apple, diced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup cornichons, diced
  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon whole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 8 half pita shells


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, onion, apple, walnuts, celery, cornichons, mayonnaise, whole mustard, and fresh dill together until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, toss the Dill Pickle Chopped kit together.
  3. Place about 1/2 cup of dill chicken salad in the bottom of a pita and top with Dill Pickle salad.
