Skewer 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer. In a large plastic bag add 2 tbsp of olive oil, garlic, the juice of one lemon and salt and pepper. Add the shrimp skewers and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
Heat up grill or a heavy bottomed skillet on the stove. Grill the skewers until shrimp is pink and opaque with a little bit of char. Slice and grill the additional lemon until gently charred.
