Asiago & Garlic Lemon Shrimp Skewers

Total TIME 20 minutes


  • 1 Taylor Farms Asiago Kale Chopped Salad Kit
  • 1lb fresh peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 4tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for approximately 20min
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Skewer 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer. In a large plastic bag add 2 tbsp of olive oil, garlic, the juice of one lemon and salt and pepper. Add the shrimp skewers and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat up grill or a heavy bottomed skillet on the stove. Grill the skewers until shrimp is pink and opaque with a little bit of char. Slice and grill the additional lemon until gently charred.
  3. In a large bowl toss Taylor Farms Asiago Kale Chopped Salad Kit with all of the components and dressing. Enjoy the chopped salad with the garlic lemon shrimp skewers and a squeeze of the grilled lemon.
