A simple Shrimp Tacos recipe made with our Shredded Iceberg Lettuce that's sure to be a hit on your next taco night.


  • 2 oz Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1lb. Shrimp-peeled and deveined
  • Cotija Cheese
  • 6 Tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Cilantro Lime Dressing- substitute for any salsa


  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Peel and devein the shrimp and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  2. Cook for 5-8 minutes and turn the shrimp to avoid burning.
  3. Heat up the tortillas on your stove burner or cast-iron skillet to lightly toast for an extra flavor.
  4. Add the cilantro lime dressing to the lettuce. Assemble the tacos- add Shrimp on the tortillas, lettuce, and cheese.
  5. You can add avocado slices or lime wedges for more flavor!
