Grilled Shrimp and Watermelon Skewer Salad

  1. Dice the watermelon in 1” add the shrimp and watermelon onto the wooden skewers.
  2. Grill the skewers on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Slice the avocado and assemble the chopped kit with toppings and dressing.
  4. Top with a skewer, and ENJOY!
