Caesar Chickpea Burgers

Although Caesar chickpea burgers may not be the first thing you think of when contemplating your next burger, well, maybe they should be! As it turns out, you don’t need meat to whip up a hearty, flavor-filled, extremely satisfying burger—you just need some chickpeas, some herbs and aromatics, some cheese, and something to bind it all together (i.e., an egg). And to really take the flavor and texture up to the next level, you’ll need a package of Taylor Farms Caesar Chopped Salad Kit for good measure. The result is a savory burger patty complemented with the tangy, creamy tastes of Caesar dressing that will have you completely rethinking what a burger can be. Yes, we’re sorry to throw a delicious kink into your culinary worldview, but we think it’s a good development. And you’ll certainly agree after you’ve tried it.

  3. In the same food processor, pulse onion and herbs until chopped. Stir into your chickpea mixture until combined.
  4. Add the egg, spices, and remaining ingredients. Form into patties and place evenly on a baking sheet sprayed with avocado oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
