Open bag and pour salad and ingredients into large bowl, toss. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear each side in a sauté pan with coconut oil on stove top. Finish in a 375 degree oven until chicken is cooked through. Add avocado slices and dressing to salad, then toss. Plate salad, top with chicken slices and serve!
