  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Cook the Southwest Meal Kit according to instructions on the package, set sauce aside.
  3. Make a simple cheese sauce by whisking butter, flour, milk and cheddar cheese in a saucepan and melting over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the sauce with the cooked rice and veggies, add to an oven-safe glass container, then pour in cheese sauce. Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy!
