For Pesto Shrimp:
Heat butter over medium heat, add shrimp, garlic powder, salt and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in 1 tablespoon pesto sauce and mix well until all the shrimp is coated evenly and then sauté for another minute.
In a skillet over medium heat add pancetta and cook until browned and crisp about 5mins per side. Remove to a paper towel lined plate and let it drain briefly
