Sesame Chile Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

Shrimp Marinade:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Cauliflower Rice:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Start to marinade your shrimp first in salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and sesame oil, set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. While the shrimp is marinading, start to cook your Cauliflower Pearls with a little olive oil on medium-high heat, add in your salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce, let cook.
  3. After 15-20 minutes of your shrimp marinading, start to grill it first with a drizzle of olive oil on medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Once charred, cooked through and crisp, place on a plate.
  4. Take your Taylor Farms Sesame Chile Stir Fry Kit and place your veggies in the same pan, let sauté for about 5-10 minutes, add your shrimp back in and add the Sesame Chile sauce. Sauté until veggies are crisp and cooked.
  5. Serve with your cauliflower rice and enjoy!
