Sautéed Spinach with Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1-9 oz. package Taylor Farms Spinach
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Heat 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, garlic and sundried tomatoes in a skillet.

Bring pan to medium-high heat and add spinach. Sauté spinach for 1-2 minutes; stirring until tender.

Transfer to a serving dish. Serve warm & enjoy!
