Salsa Ranch Burrito Bowl

  • 1lb Ground turkey
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1can of black beans, strained and rinsed
  • 2 Red bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeno, thinly sliced into coins
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 Limes, sliced into wedges for serving
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado oil
  • Taylor Farms Salsa Ranch Chopped Kit


1. Heat ½ tablespoon avocado oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering, add turkey and cook, breaking up, until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside on a plate. Add bell peppers sauté until soft and charred a bit. Add the turkey back into the pan with black beans, taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water and simmer until cooked through.

2. In a large bowl toss Taylor Farms Salsa Ranch Chopped kit with all of the components and dressing.

3. Assemble the bowls with brown rice, turkey mixture, and a helping of Taylor Farms Salsa Ranch Chopped Kit. Enjoy with cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, sliced green onion, and squeeze of lime and cilantro.
