Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat until butter begins to foam. Sauté bread curmbs in pan, stirring until golden. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.
Meanwhile, steam vegetables in microwave according to the package directions. Add steamed vegetables to pan, season with salt & pepper and mix well.
Transfer mixture to baking dish and bake in oven uncovered for 10 minutes. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
