Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon filet in the center of the pan and tomatoes bordering the salmon.
In a small bowl whisk together garlic, rosemary, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Evenly drizzle the olive oil mixture over the salmon and tomatoes. Lightly rub the tomatoes to coat.
Bake salmon and tomatoes for 15-16 minutes or until the salmon flakes off easily.
Meanwhile, prepare Lemon Pesto Meal Kit according to package and serve the salmon with burst tomatoes on top.
