- 3 cups Taylor Farms Organic Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup StonyField Greek Yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seed
- 1 tsp White or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Ground Pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients! Place organic spinach in a large salad bowl, top with dressing and toss. Serve immediately. Store additional dressing in refrigerator.
