Organic Chopped Caesar with Wild Rice and Grilled Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 lb. total
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Taylor Farms Cesar Chopped Kit
  • 2 cups wild rice, cooked to package specifications
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Taylor Farms Organic Caesar Chopped Kit


1. Remove chicken from packet and pat dry with paper towels. Generously season chicken breasts with salt and pepper or with your favorite herb mixture.

2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Carefully add the chicken to the pan and sear the first side until golden, about 5-7 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook until an instant read thermometer reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the chicken breast and let rest for about 5 minutes. Slice on the bias against the grain.

3. In a large bowl toss all ingredients included in the Taylor Farms Caesar Chopped Kit.

4. Divide the salad between plates. Generously top the salads with the wild rice. Place sliced chicken breast on each salad. Enjoy!
