6 scallions, slice and separate white and green portions
¼ cup Asian fish sauce
½ cucumber, cut into ½ inch rounds
Rolls of your choice, we suggest a sweet bun

In a blender, puree the fish sauce with the honey, sugar, pepper, scallions and garlic. Transfer the marinade to a bowl, add the pork and toss. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Place two tablespoon oil in a large a skillet, and heat over medium high. Add marinated pork and cook on high for 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Prepare the Maple Bourbon Bacon chopped salad kit, excluding the topping and dressing. Place cucumber slices, ½ cup cooked pork, and chopped salad in each roll. Top with bacon bits from the salad kit and drizzle each sandwich with the included maple-bourbon vinaigrette and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
