Healthy Vegetarian Grain Bowls

  1. In a large shallow bowl, build your bowl base. Use a 2/3 blend of salad and quinoa.
  2. Top with chickpeas, pepperoncini, lemon juice, pickled onions, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Just before serving, top your bowl with Basil Balsamic Dressing from the kit and enjoy!
Note:  You can prep the bowls ahead of time but be sure to leave the sauces and dressings reserved until serving or else your bowl may get soggy.
