Season the halibut to your liking (we recommend using Italian seasoning and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper) then zest a lemon and add to your halibut. Cook to your preference; we love a good baked Halibut.
Cook the vegetables from the meal kit bag with a drizzle of oil. While vegetables are cooking, we suggest putting the rice packet in the microwave.
Add the parmesan cheese and halibut on top. ENJOY!
