Green Bean & Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 – 12 oz. package Taylor Farms Organic Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup organic shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup organic chives, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups organic cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

Place shallots and olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium high heat; cook for 3 minutes or until shallots begin turning brown.

Meanwhile steam green beans in microwave according to package instructions.

Empty green beans from package and into shallot mixture on stove along with tomato halves. Stir and place in a medium bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
