Everything But The Bagel Salmon Salad

  • Mascarpone
  • A couple of handfuls of Taylor Farms Organic Arugula
  • 1 seedless cucumber, sliced on the diagonal
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
  • Everything-but-the-bagel seasoning
  • Avocado oil


  1. On your serving platter, spread a big swoosh of dressing.
  2. Carefully place your arugula leaves around the platter on top of the dressing, then artfully tuck in the cucumber, salmon, and red onion.
  3. Liberally season the salad with Everything-But-the-Bagel Seasoning and a drizzle of avocado oil, and dig in!
