- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Lowfat Plain Smooth & Creamy Yogurt
- 1 avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 lime – cut in half and juice squeezed into mixture
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon dill weed
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a pint mason jar until ready to serve.
- Place lettuce in a large salad bowl, top with cucumber, pepper slices and drizzle with dressing.
