For salad
Place all marinade ingredients into a bowl and let marinate for 30 minutes – 2 hours. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and lightly salt and pepper each side. On a grill or in a cast-iron pan cook chicken for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for one minute.
Chop chicken and avocado and place on top of a Taylor Farms BBQ chopped salad kit. Add in corn kernels and extra pepper if desired.
