Cook your Chili Verde: cut into 1” chunks, in a slow cooker add your pork shoulder, green chilies, sauce and salt (to taste). Cook on low for 5 hours or until the pork is tender. If you are wanting a quick meal, you can buy premade Chili Verde at your grocery store and follow those cooking directions.
Cook the vegetables with a drizzle of oil, while the vegetables are cooking, microwave the rice for 90 seconds. Add the sauce to the vegetables and rice.
