Add the cauliflower pearls and sauté for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt, apple cider vinegar, and sprinkle in the gelatin.
Add milk, and stir continuously as it comes to a boil. Continue to stir until most of the liquid has evaporated. If the liquid still pools at the bottom, continue to stir and cook until water is absorbed.
Remove from heat, and flatten rice at the bottom of the pot. Then set aside to cool. The cauliflower rice will become stickier as it cools.
