Brown Sugar Butternut Squash

  • 2 (15 ounce) packages of Butternut Squash
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all the ingredients onto a sheet pan. Toss until butternut squash is evenly coated.
  2. Roast for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
