- 2 (15 ounce) packages of Butternut Squash
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all the ingredients onto a sheet pan. Toss until butternut squash is evenly coated.
