Blood Orange Salmon Fillet with Ginger Garlic Stir Fry

  • 1-1 ½ Lb Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Taylor Farms Ginger & Garlic stir fry kit
  • Juice of two blood oranges
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 Teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons of red chili sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons of honey
  • 1 Thumb of ginger, grated
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons (or more if you like it spicy!) or sriracha


Preheat oven to 400 F.

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. In a small sauce pan heat blood orange sauce mixture on medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until sauce has thickened. Set aside to cool. 

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon filet in the middle of the baking sheet. Pour on blood orange glaze and bake for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Serve up with Taylor Farms Ginger & Garlic stir fry kit and cooked quinoa or brown rice.
