Preheat oven to 400 F.
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. In a small sauce pan heat blood orange sauce mixture on medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until sauce has thickened. Set aside to cool.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon filet in the middle of the baking sheet. Pour on blood orange glaze and bake for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
