  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
  2. Spread cucumber hummus on both halves of the bagel. Top with bacon slices, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup baby spinach and kale and tomato slices.
  3. Place top on bagel sandwich and cut in half. Repeat with second sandwich. Serve.
