Balsamic Chicken & Rosé Flatbread

  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 Taylor Farms Strawberry Rosé Chopped Kit, assembled
  • 1 flatbread crust
  • 5oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios


  1. In a bag or small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, & chicken. Marinade for 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  2. Cook chicken breast for 10-15 minutes, flipping once, on medium heat until cooked through (165°). *Keep heat to medium because the sugars in the vinegar can burn easily.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Heat flatbread according to package then spread goat cheese over the top. Top with assembled salad.
  5. Finish with sliced chicken & pistachios. Enjoy!
