Red Wine Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
STEPS
In a small bowl combine vinegar, mustard and garlic, then vigorously whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Ginger Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 limes, zested
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, seeded and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Blue Cheese Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
STEPS
In a blender combine buttermilk, sour cream, blue cheese, vinegar, garlic and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

- 2 lemons, zested
