Wellness Omelet

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Taylor Farms Organic Wellness Blend

2 Tbsp. butter

½ small onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

4 medium eggs

3 Tbsp. milk

½ cup Gouda cheese, shredded

Directions

Melt one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Add veggies and sauté for 4 minutes, until tender. Remove from pan. In the same pan add one tablespoon of butter and spread evenly. Beat eggs and milk in separate bowl, add to pan. When eggs begin to set, add the veggies and shredded Gouda cheese. Flip egg in half, creating the classic omelet half-moon shape. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
