Spinach Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of frozen acai (200 grams)
  • 1 cup Taylor Farms Organic Spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together.
  2. Divide between two bowls, and top with optional toppings.
