Cauliflower Rice


  • 1 bag Taylor Farms Cauliflower Pearls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt to taste


Warm olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in cauliflower & sprinkle with a little salt. Cover skillet & cook for 5 to 7 minutes until cauliflower is as tender as you like. Spoon the cauliflower into a large serving bowl, garnish with the parsley, sprinkle with the lemon juice and season to taste with salt. Serve warm.
