We have the most advanced fresh cut processing plants in the world. We invest in state of the art processing facilities and equipment to deliver the quality and peace of mind that you have come to expect from Taylor Farms. All of our products are produced under a customized HACCP program and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) that are routinely verified by third party audits.

 

We process our products on multi-stage reverse flow wash systems custom designed with the most up to date technology. Each system is equipped with various agitation phases to clean raw product ensuring the end result is ready to eat; this process is more commonly known as “Triple Washed.” All conventional products are washed in these multi-stage systems that now feature SmartWash™ technology, the most advanced, proven system to eliminate bacterial cross contamination.

 

Temperature control is critical to maintain product integrity so our processing facilities operate under cutting-edge refrigeration systems. Water temperature and the production plant temperature alike must maintain between 34-38 degrees.
